MODE OF PAYMENT:
Payment can be made in Indian Currency or by cheque/bank transfer. Cheque/DD will not be accepted for payments other than advance amount. Calculation of advance amount is at the sole discretion of Bagmati’s management. Bagmati’s field staff/driver carrying valid receipt can collect the amount directly from the customers. In case of government-controlled charges- like service tax, state tax etc- existing new charges will be payable.
POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
In the event of cancellation and change of tour/travel services we require to be intimated in writing at the earliest. For the cancellations made seven days prior to the commencement of trip, 90% of the advance amount will be refunded for others refunds will be made after deducting first day’s charges of the planned trip. All refunds will be made through cheque. Refund will be dispatched within three working days from the date of Cancellation. In the case of third party involvement like hotels, guide and activity operator, their respective cancellation policy would apply.
OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
We have insurance policy covering the Personal Accident to passengers traveling in our cars. The claim has to be settled with insurance company directly as per rules and regulations applicable from time to time. We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the tour programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any other causes beyond our control |
